JHU MSECS (not many people know about this one, but a friend emailed JHU and confirmed that co-op is available)

UCSD ECE (ECE can do co-op; CS cannot)

NYU Tandon MSCS (can co-op in the spring)

UT Austin ECE (SES) — can co-op and can extend graduation

UIUC MCS (main campus, Chicago, and even spring enrollment are the same; non-US undergrads can apply for co-op after 1 year)
